How to combine 3 items purchased on invoice when buyer a

    A buyer purchased an item in my store, and then requested an invoice. Five minutes later, the same buyer purchased another item, and then requested an invoice. Five minutes later the same buyer purchased another item, and once again requested an invoice. As a result, when I go to my closed items to send combined invoice for the three items, I find that I cannot combine the three items into one invoice, but must send three invoices separately. Did this happen because the buyer requested an invoice after each purchase? And is there some way to combine all three items into one invoice now?

    There is a way send a combined invoice. I cant remember exactly but the answer is somewhere on one of the other threads!

    I think it involves ticking the box next to 'More' for each order, and then another option (blue button) should appear somewhere (at the bottom?), saying Group.

    Not 100% sure thats right but give it a try!

    I tried that, but it doesn't work.

    Another buyer took several items and he only requested an invoice at the end of buying all of them - in this case, there was no problem to combine all items in one invoice.

    I think the problem with the other buyer is that he requested an invoice after each item was purchased, so Delcampe treats each item as needing a separate invoice.

    I wait for Delcampe tech to see if there is a solution.
