    As a short term solution, you can send your buyer a paypal invoice and solve the problem that way.

    And the same long standing customer couldn't pay me either.

    He is probably very frustrated and embarrassed about a situation he has no control over. I have used the 'PAYPAL Payment Request' workaround but it is hardly a very satisfactory state of affairs as it wastes time and energy for all concerned.

    I want my customers to have a 'good experience' and not be having to bother about any kind of hassles over payment!

    This is now becoming a daily occurrence - trying to sort invoicing and payments issues. :angryfire:

    The same here.This problem supposedly was corrected.This is getting really too much.
