No emails from Delcampe this evening

    Yes, it's been happening since this afternoon, I'm getting emails on about 80 lots I listed then at a rate of one about every 10 minutes. There seem to have been a lot of site problems over the Easter period.

    There is about a 2 hour delay (in some cases this may be more) for the receipt of e-mails.

    The team's working on it and we hope to have it resolved soon.

    I can also see that I've sold some items for 3 Hours ago, but no notification from Delcampe.
    I have also got payment for nearly 3 hours ago, but no notification from Delcampe.

    Elizabeth,

    unfortunately, emails from delcampe telling me of new items, auctions won or lost, and payment demands are no longer reaching my email account.

    I have not altered my account settings in any way, so this problem appears to be connected with the introduction of some delcampe changes.

    I hope you can resolve this issue- I rely on email notifications to manage my delcampe...
