Unable to send invoices.

    Having received an email notification for a sale I went to the 'to invoice' section and the sale was not listed. I then found it in the 'invoiced' section but still unable to send the invoice from there. I am not cracking up or been celebrating the bank holiday in style (I wish). Strange. I have notified the german buyer there is a problem but language could be a problem.anyone else having a problem today?

    The forum has become as quiet as the grave recently - it's as if all the 'regulars' have moved to pastures new!

    Have you tried opening the item and unticking the invoice sent button/icon? That usually works for me when I need to re-send an invoice for some reason.

    Thanks for the reply and the tip. In this case it wont work cos it is already 'unticked'.It is further complicated because it is also showing as payment has been made!. Checked with paypal and it has not. Impossible anyway because I have not invoiced. I can get the 'send reminder' but as I have not sent the original it cant work. Given up hope for the day and hoping when tech team get back from their long weekend, things might work properly again ??

    it appears that the system is working ok. Further sales and have been able to invoice ok. The fault seems to be buyers end where he has marked -payment made. Hopefully I can get him to sort it out |(different language - german).
