    Hi!

    I have noticed that I receive the mails from Delcampe customers with delay of 12 to 24 hours. I can only guess if this is the problem of Delcampe communication system or with my Gmail account. Have anyone also noticed such problem?

    It would appear that there is a fault. I am still waiting for notification of a sale that accurred over 10 hours ago. Luckily I found it by accident

    Thanks for your answer. But I have problems only with individual mails from customers which are sent through Delcampe mailing system, i.e., via link "Contact this seller". Notifications about sold or bought items, payments etc. I receive promptly. The problem with mails I noticed already some month ago but had not check if really they are delayed. But Saturday I had one resolution process initiated. The problem was resolved at the evening, but today at eleven o’clock I received the mail from customer in my Gmail, which apparently witnessed that problem is still unresolved. I checked through received mails in Delcampe system and discovered that the mail actually was send Saturday before the resolution process was cleared, i.e., some 35 hours before the mail was received in my Gmail.
