Unable to print delivery note -'awaiting shipment

    Have found that I cannot print shipment note from 'awaiting shipment' more tags. Should have done it before getting to that stage but forgot. Particularly annoying as the address is a complicated Roumanian one !. Has anyone a solution to this as I use the address part to attach to the envelope .

    I've given up on printing delivery notes, as they were so untidy.

    I print invoice instead to go inside the packet/envelope and always do it from the "awaiting shipping" tab.

    Thanks for reply but I always use the address part as a label for the envelope and the address on the invoice is far too small to do that. Have been trying for months to get Delcampe to change the type setting on the address to make it darkerand bigger but seems to have fallen on deaf ears as usual.

    After much cajoling, D seems to have tidied up the delivery notes (especially re the address format). The print function also seems to work OK on my computer.

    Thanks for the reply and happy to report that it is now working.All we need now is for the address to be in darker type, so it stands out better for the postmen to read. Keep hoping !!

    I shall check next time I have a multiple sale. If I remember well, it was ok for a single sale, but very untidy for multiple items. Can't even remember how/what.

    I remembered to print a delivery note this morning, but went straight back to printing invoices instead.

    What I found so untidy about them is the tick box next to each item and the blanked out button saying "remove from this list".

    Yes, I agree in principle that they are a bit untidy.

    However, it is occasionally necessary for me to dispatch items from 1 invoice in 2 or more packages so it is useful to be able to "design" 2 or more delivery notes to identify what is contained in each package.

    I actually like the tick boxes as a means to check off the items I've pulled out for despatch.

    The 'remove this from list', however, makes no sense for the printed output.

    I use the 'remove' function if I am sending out 1 order in 2 or 3 packages for whatever reason.

    Yep, that is fair enough while you are preparing the order, but once you create a printable version, that button should not be visible.

    Agreed. Should be deleted.

    I still prefer the delivery notes as they include pics....unless things have changed recently, printed invoices do not.
