    It depends if they use the Delcampe wallet to pay.

    Today I had a customer jumping up and down because they paid by Skrill and I had not sent the item. As I almost never check my Skrill account I had no idea they had paid me - because they paid independently without telling me.

    With Paypal I do not have this problem as I check the account daily and anyone who pays not using the wallet I simply manually mark as paid.
