    How does this happen?

    I invoice a customer for 16 items.

    The customer settles using the e-wallet but only 15 items get paid! All the postage etc. is ok but I find that a single item is unpaid and now shows as outstanding to be invoiced!

    There is no rhyme nor reason for this to happen ... unless someone else has experienced this too and can explain?
