NEW SALES NOT APPEARING

    I am hoping that this is a very temporary blimp but it indicative of the general malaise attributable to the 'new' system.

    The latest 8 sales, advised by the usual emails, have not appeared in the invoicing system!!!!!!!

    What next ..... :angryfire:

    I have finally solved the problem - the new sales attached themselves to an old invoice which was marked as 'despatched' but 'not paid' in the 'old' system.

    After a lot of messing around I did manage to get the 'new' system to produce an invoice that was correct but yet another load of time wasted.

    Regretably that wasn't the end of the story because the invoice was totally mucked up. And because quite a few items were involved it took me the best part of hour to tick it back, cross check it and sort it all out! Invariably what was possible in one Tab isn't in another - so it all becomes trial and error. And of course click on a menu item in one tab can take you somewhere you were expecting.

    Oh for the time when things were simple on Delcampe.
