Unable to archive items from the "shipped" tab

    As it says in the title. The "archive" button does not work under the "shipped" tab. I had to go back to "all" in order to archive the items I posted today.

    When are we going to get a workable system? It's over 3 weeks now and there are still problems on a daily basis?

    I'm feeling so downhearted with the whole business at the moment, that for a 2nd day this week I could not get myself motivated to list any new items.

    I agree that the constant problems are psychological debilitating ... and in fact I gave up listing at the beginning of the week ... and only put a few up today. I doubt if we are alone.

    I am back in charge of the technical team for 2-3 weeks and things are slowly becoming better. But there was/is much to fix.

    We think about a more stable situation next week.

    In the meantime, please continue to notify us about bugs. This way, we know them, so we can solve them.

    As you can see from the number of forum posts, I am reporting problems as I come across them, but there seems to be something different every day.

    This morning when I clicked on "ongoing sales with bids", I was taken to "ongoing sales"; yesterday it was taking me to "sold items" and when you try it again an hour or so later, you get taken to the correct page.

    These things should not be happening.

    Next time, if you want to upgrade something or other, please ask at least a 100 sellers to test the system for you during several months, so that the vast majority of bugs can be identified before the upgrade takes place.

    It has been an utterly frustrating time for everyone (no doubt including yourself) and I am sure business has been lost as a result.

    HERE'S ANOTHER ONE or TWO.

    Within the 'Invoiced' tab.
    You are unable to edit the invoice to send a revised one. I needed to correct a mistake but couldn't do so from this Tab.
    However I went to the 'All' tab which allowed me to edit the invoice.

    Also, within the 'Invoiced' tab I did try to use the 'Reminder' selection, thinking that this might provide me with the ability to edit the invoice. It didn't which was correct of course but it stated that I had already sent a 'reminder' which wasn't the case. There is something wrong here too.

    It's a pity that you didn't take control of this implementation at a much earlier stage. I do hope that it is fixable.

    AND HERE'S YET ANOTHER ....

    On this occasion I have cancelled an item for a buyer (using the unpaid item method) and invoiced the buyer with the cancelled item removed from the invoice.

    The revised invoice moves to 'Invoiced' tab but the cancelled item remains in the 'To be invoiced' tab. I haven't tried to invoice it obviously but will archive this invoice.

    Looks like another glitch.
