Cannot pay as seller has marked items as 'Sent'

    One of my sellers, who is currently absent from the Internet, has I think mistakenly marked my purchases as "Sent" despite the fact that I have not yet paid him. Consequently when I try to pay, Delcampe reports that there are no outstanding items from this seller to pay for and I get a screen asking me if I still want to send money. On entering the amount to send, I then get a screen from Delcampe/PayPal saying there is nothing in my shopping cart. Groan....

    The system seems to work on the latest status entered for the transaction, in this case "Sent", rather than checking whether a payment has actually been marked as "Paid".

    Could someone from Delcampe please look at this.

    If your seller is on vacation, maybe he/she packed your items for posting (as I do) and inadvertantly marked sent at the same time. If the seller has access to the internet, you can ask them to remark the sale as :not sent:

    Failing that, it is always possible for you to pay the seller direct by paypal or skrill rather than through the e-wallet of course.......bit of a nuisance but hey ho....

    Items I sold last night are not appearing in my sold's, so there is no way to invoice my buyers. This affected sold auctions (buy it now were OK)

    This is one of the sales. The only way to find it was to click on the item in the message I received that told me it was sold. But there is still no way to send an invoice
