Sold and sent items becoming becoming unsent

    I have just finished packing yesterdays sales paid for - all marked as sent as they were packed. Did my usual double check to make sure I had not missed anything and they all appear 'unsent' when they should be marked as sent.

    Anyone else got this problem?

    This is going to play havoc with my 'routine' so hopefully just a temporary glitch:what:

    I've never had this problem until today

    Now , today , no matter how many times I mark something as SENT it reverts back to being. unsent!

    I tried 5 times with one listing.

    I also tried with different browsers.

    Never had this problem before but I have just packed a 10 item lot for shipping and marked them all as sent, but they just revert back to unsent. Tried several times, also rebooted but still the same.
    Makes for a very confusing checkout page!!:angryfire:

    But I have been using the site for a 2/3 years pretty much every day and havent had this before, I just cannot get them to show as sent.
    The only remotely similar thing I get sometimes is when I try and click for sent and nothing at all happens but that just gets sorted with a reboot of my pc. This hasnt changed at all after a reboot!?

    I have received a message from the 'technical team' stating this is a bug that they are working on. Hopefully it will be solved soon.

    I have had this problem from time to time over the last 12 months but had assumed it was due to site updates when I deal with dispatches ( 2-4 am Europe time). However, apparently not so.......

    I found that if I marked item "sent" via the packing note, the problem never occurred....only happened when I marked items "sent" manually.

    Thanks for the replies, it seems to have cleared as of late last night, not sure if they did something or it is just one of those things. The system seems also to be very slow over the last few days?
