Update: website maintenance of 14/12/2011

    Hello everyone,


    Following the maintenance that was carried yesterday evening and the technical difficulties that were signalled to us, here is an overview/update on the situation.

    - The website being slow: since this morning, the speed of website should be back to normal. From my side, this is at least the case currently.

    - Error messages stating that the website was inaccessible: these were present during the maintenance, but should no longer appear.

    - Problems with accessing certain pages of the website: these were mostly due to the website being slow and should, therefore, be resolved.

    - Follow-up icons (paid, unpaid, etc.) for sales being inactive: should you still encounter any difficulties on this level, do not hesitate to report them to us.

    - Some stores being empty: this difficulty was solved yesterday evening.

    - (print) Delivery note: any difficulties concerning the delivery note should be resolved.


    Generally speaking, the difficulties that occurred yesterday evening should no longer occur. However, should you still encounter any technical difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us.

    Our Team is well aware of all the difficulties the website encountered lately and we are doing everything we can in order to fix the situation.

    In addition: "selling a similar item" should also work properly again.
