I have been billed twice for sucbscription Gold+

    Hi already posted and sent email to UK help but still no reply after 24hrs! Not even to say case is being investigated

    Went to subscribe and received two emails from same time with an identical charge of £39.97 so I have been billed twice.

    Very poor to have no reply :angryfire:

    I hope the refund is made quickly

    Will let you know when this is sorted out. Anyone with the same problem??
