    Unfortunattely, buyers can give whatever feedback they choose irrespective of who is at fault and whether or not you refunded .

    You have a;ready responded to the negative feedback and left negatives yourself. The only other course you might pursue is to open a dispute for unfair feedback. In my experience, the Delcampe mediators are reluctant to rule in favour of anybody but will more probably suggest that both sides remove their feedback.

    None of my business but you might also like to review your shipping costs terms and, instead of suggesting that buyers contact you to obtain a postage discount for multiple purchases, to clearly state what that discount will be.

    Hi Dundagas,
    I understand.In my case the buyer received the 30 items i sent by registered mail.then complained to paypal so his payment was hold until i refunded it. so i lost 30 items plus postage and in exchange i received negative Feedback.
    In my opinion Delcampe must stop buyers stealing from sellers.

    thanks for your opinion,
    I agree anyone can write what he likes,but Delcampe must value each case and act properly to fix it otherwise the site will loose credibility.
    the buyer received the items sent by registered mail.I refunded his payment after he complained to paypal, so i lost items and postages and i get negative feedback.If anyone can do this,then is better to sell in another site.

    For Paypal the buyer has always right.I gave the registration number to prove the buyer received the items, but Paypal hold the payment and refunded to the buyer.
