    How to remove item from invoice or how to cancel invoice?

    I sent invoice, but buyer wants to buy more items and now I will have to send him another invoice for all items including invoiced one!??? Question is how to do that?

    Wait until the buyer has finished buying, and, providing he/she has not paid the first invoice, you will get a message when you try to send the second invoice asking if you want to add the first invoice to it.

    Tick the 'Yes' box and the system will add all unpaid items for one buyer together in a grouped invoice.

    You will also be asked if the postage charge is still correct or requires to be changed.
