    If you are happy with the lower price - then surely it does not matter who buys it.

    If the original offerer is slow off the mark in buying or responding then that is their hard luck.

    You can always end the listing when you want and then re-list it with the original price or any other price you may wish for it.

    Very simply, the answer is yes.

    When you suggest a new price to the bidder via the lower price system, the price is reduced for anybody to buy or make an even lower offer dependent on the preferences that you have set for lower offers.

    To overcome that problem - when I receive a group offer that I consider too low, I simply reject it. Than I contact the person in question and tell them what I would be prepared to accept and suggest that they make a new offer.
