It simply shows the lower price. You'd have to advertise the fact that you have lowered your prices, either on the forum or in your "message from seller".

To put them back to the normal price in the multiple changes you apply an increase.

I've done it several times - that's why I have so many "strange" prices like £1.01 or £2.02, instead of a simple £1 or £2

    I hope that helps,

Try discounting by 20% and then increase the resulting price by 25% ... that should get you back to where you started ... maybe. Discounting by 10% is a more challenging recalculation of course.

    Good luck.

I have suggested to Delcampe that improvements are needed to the discounting mechanism.

Ideally, it needs the capability to discounts items / categories. The items discounted would need to marked in some way to show that they have been discounted - original price versus discounted price. There also needs to be the possibility of an end date to the discount so that the prices revert automatically to the original price at a specific time (rather than having to use the 'increase prices' feature). This enables a 'discount offer' campaign to be run much more easily than at present which targets particular categories or items.
