    Hello..

Recently I acquired a very nice postcard album dating back to 1894.

Basically it is a travel diary of an American woman that travelled through Europe. Along the way she went through Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Switzerland, Holland, UK.

This album contains over 60 litho postcards (unused but written on), some photos, ephemera and even some dried flowers picked near Luzern in Switzerland.

Question is: Where to list this on Delcampe as album contains items from several countries and several categories of collectables (postcards, photos, ephemera, dried flowers :-D)

    Thank and regards...

I collect stamps not postcards, but anyway: if you're going to sell this and want to get the most from it, I would think you'd get the best result by splitting into individual countries. Yes that would break up the diary but that's quite likely to happen anyway. Some of the better early postcards could perhaps also be sold offf separately.

    Thank you for your answers...

I would really hate to tear this album apart as it is a nice item as a whole. Who am I to destroy it after 120 years of existence. :-D

This is last option for me as I am also concerned that in process some (many) items might get damaged.

I'll put it on under lots/kiloware and let admins decide if that is appropriate.

    Regards...
