    Back in March I had problems with one particular Delcamper. I
    "blackballed" him back then.
    However, last month the same
    person has bid on 2 of my items using two other ID's.
    For a
    second time, after a month, I have not received payment and when I
    reminded him that payment was outstanding, I got some rather
    unpleasant replies - no bad language but stuff along the lines of:
    "so what, this should be fun, it's holiday time, I'll pay when I
    am ready to do so; if you want to neg me go ahead I don't care,
    what's the matter with you, why not demand payment within 24
    hours, etc etc.

    Until an auction ends/a purchase has
    been made, we are not aware of "userX" being the same person as
    "userY".

    Would it be possible for Delcampe to
    automatically add all user ID's of the same person to someone's
    blacklist when one of the ID's gets blocked?

    It's the first time I've come across someone with multiple id's
    (but then I'm still a relative newbie).
    It makes the
    "blacklist" system rather less effective. After all, if I have
    problems with "Peter" and I don't want to deal with him again,
    this is the case regardless of whether he calls himself userA,
    userB or whatever.

    However, even though there is no
    credit card check or anything like that, Delcampe should be able to
    see repeat names/addresses/email addresses.

    That
    sounds like an awful lot of non payers. I've had a few just
    recently and now I've got one who tells me he's never bid on the
    item and doesn't understand why I've send him a bill?!?!
