    Dear sellers, beware of buyers paying with paypal refuses registered mail . I just had a this buyer.from Israel. He is a bossy buyer loving to impose his rules: Pay by Paypal, refuses registered mail , condition imposed by Paypal, wanted the address printed by a printer because "our postmen know Latin alphabetic very bad !!!". Today he made a complaint to Paypal because he did not receive the stamp he bought me. IS’T A SCAM?????

    As a seller you impose your conditions of sale. If the buyer does not want to comply refuse to do business with them.

    The Paypal issue you should know about - that they will refund if an item is not received or you cannot prove receipt if a buyer puts in a complaint.

    I do not see how it is a scam - item not received means money back. Just refund and move on. If you do not want to do business with this buyer again just block them.
