    Hi,

The (typed) verso is in Latin.

It says (freely translated and with uncertainties):

'From the General Vicariate in Budapest.
    Dear parish board,
We ask a birth certificate of Petrus Voncima.
    His parents are unknown.
Time of birth: born around 1864-1866.
I ask the parish board to do what is necessary to send the mentioned certificate to us, with indication of the costs.
    Budapest, January 8 1942
    The secretary
[handwritten] He was born in the village of Zagor'

    Best regards,

    Quasar

    Hi again,

The card was first addressed to the Roman catholic parish of Dol (Steirerland), today in Slovenia.

Afterwards the destination was changed to Edlingen.
Edlingen seems to be the actual Zagorje ob Savi in Slovenia: Link (http)

    Best regards,
