    Stamps can sometimes be "infected" when being soaked together with phosphor paper (from envelopes) or stamps, maybe that's what you have here? Or could the chalk-covered version of the 1959 issue look like this? I'm not an expert on these.... :dunno:

    Stamps can sometimes be "infected" when being soaked together with phosphor paper (from envelopes) or stamps, maybe that's what you have here? Or could the chalk-covered version of the 1959 issue look like this? I'm not an expert on these.... :dunno:
