    I have a block of 4 "The entire nation is red" full gum stamps with a diagonal mark on the value (like Specimen).
    Has someone an idea about it?

    Hi,
    Those are fake stamps, usually printed for the collectors who cannot afford the original copy. Its a very common practice in China.

    Many thanks for your answer.
    I have also found that the black line was ordered, by the Chinese authorities, to be added on all the Chine private labeles. And there are also fakes postmarks trying to cover these black lines.
