    Bonjour. Il s'agit probablement, il y a de fortes chances, d'un cachet qu'on voit rarement en littérature, on en parle peu, d'un cachet de bureau d'échanges.
    Ici il s'agirait du bureau d'échange sédentaire de Verviers, par lequel transitait le courrier vers l'Allemagne. Normalement ces bureaux étaient liés au courrier ambulant.
    Dans le bas du cachet présent on aurait du lire de gauche à droite " par Verviers (Station)" on lit encore " tion)" et dans le haut Allemagne.
    Je ne crois pas que le Nipa le répertorie.
    Il faudrait une recherche plus approfondie pour certifier mon avis.

    Petit oubli, ce cachet a été utilisé après 1870 et avant 1914, en principe. Vous remarquerez que ce modèle n'a pas de millésime.
