    Only just spotted your post.

    I/we are renovating an old cottage, but I still manage to find time to list/sell/post.

    I hope you manage to start listing soon and get some good sales to pay for all those expenses, which I am sure you're incurring - it seems you need a bottomless pot to renovate an old building. :(:crying:

    I/we are renovating an old cottage, but I still manage to find time to list/sell/post.

    Windows done, bathroom to follow shorty, then the garden to sort out, and somewhere in the middle of all that an operation on my knee - that's due for renovation too

    Get all that done it'll be time to move (again); for some reason my daughter keeps saying "and a bed before mine falls apart" in my ear

    Why move again? Extend if necesarry. From previous posts, I believe you like it where you are, so stay put.

    I hope "renovating" the knee will go alright. I have a dodgy knee, but have been losing a bit of weight and combined with the very slopy terrain at my alternative home (forcing at times painful exercise), things seem to have improved a bit. 2 friends of mine have had knee replacement and cartelidge (sp?) ops and both say it has transformed their lives.

    We have the builders moving in sometime next week for re-roofing and exterior painting, as well as a couple of lesser indoor jobs, that I don't feel confident about doing ourselves.
