    Hello
    I bought 2 postcards for 450e , I paid via paypal .The seller has sent postcards to the address which is not mine . He received this address from someone , to email inbox . I didn't ask him to change the shipping address, Someone cheated him and sent him a false address! . What should I do in this situation?

    If you have not done so I would initiate a Paypal chargeback for items not received.

    You are protected by EU consumer law. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the goods paid for reach you. It is not your responsibility if he was scammed and it is only the seller who can start proceedings or take action to recover his goods.

    I checking tracking I see that the letter is not yet received . The seller still does not understand that he has been cheated . He writes back messages to me :

    Mais Madame je n'y suis pour rien, pourquoi me rendre coupable de cela. Pour moi les messages venaient de vous et je les aient respectés .

    If he reported it quickly to the police , there would be a chance to get things back - I checking tracking I see that the letter is not yet received.

    Whichever way you look at it it is the seller who is responsible. If he accepts Paypal then he accepts also their terms and conditions which indicate the goods should only be sent to the buyers Paypal registered address. If he decides to send to a different address then he must accept the risk of doing so.

    Was the address changed to another in Poland or to one in a different country?

    The shipment was carried out outside the European Union to Tunisie . The seller sent me a shipping confirmation tracking . Shipment should be sent to Poland - The same address on delcampe and paypal (Poland) :(

    Then I would stop worrying. The problem is the sellers. If he refuses to compensate you Paypal will refund your money in full once you initiate a chargeback.

    As a precaution I would change my email log in passwords in case you have been hacked.

    And run an antimalware programme in case you have a key logger trojan on your computer. Malwarebytes free edition will remove any nasties like this,
