Only Euros allowed now when uploading prices?

    Hello,
I noticed that new item listings to Delcampe are ignoring the GBP currency in API calls. It will just upload it as Euros.

    Link (https)

Is it bug? I think it should mention this on that page that only Euros are allowed now, if that is the case.

To add to post, I think the API should produce an error message when you specify a currency which is not supported instead of just ignoring it.

Not an error, Delcampe announced a few weeks ago that it was changing to only having Euros as a currency, so it’s not a bug or a glitch. This is now live and that’s the way it will be

    Hello stamps_auction,

As Moonstone mentions, it is not a bug.

On this page Link (https) , you can see that the field is deprecated (since September 2025). In fact, since September 2025, the currency used has been the seller’s account currency.
And recently, we have switched all accounts to EUR. This is now the only currency permitted on Delcampe.

    Best Regards,

Thanks for your answer! I suggest to refuse to upload items (and throw an error) when someone specifies GBP and then act the price was meant to be EURO. Would have alerted me to that problem sooner.

    ONE MORE TIME:
when you make changes to the system, an announcement BEFORE apply is very appreciated !

We have listed thousands of items for a client in UK having the store currency in GBP. And now prices are wrong.

    Hello Servitel,

As Moonstone mentioned, several notifications were sent to all affected users a few weeks ago.

Items that were already listed prior to the change have been converted into euros.

    Kind Regards,
