Since yesterday tokens aren't randomly not recognised

    Hi Support
    since yetserday night (around 7 PM Rome time) the token generated by your system is not accepted. This appear randomly for all my clients.
    If I generate a new token this one is accepted or not (sometimes I need to generate 3/4 tokens before one is accepted)
    No mods at our end
    Can you fix it please ?

    Hi Servitel,

    Yesterday we had some issues with our cache servers where the api keys are stored.

    We fixed the problem this morning, the situation should be back to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience
