    I need an info please

    When an item woth more than 1 pcs is sold your system create a new item and add the parent_id field

    But what's happens on a new sale ?

    Example:
    item with 10 pcs available

    one pc for the item 123456 is sold
    your system create a new item with the id 654321 and the parent_id 123456 with stock 9
    one pc for the the new item 654321 is sold
    a new item is created with stock 8
    the parent_id for this items is the old one (123456) or the last one (in this case 654321) ?

    Hi Servitel,

    You just described the old system but it was removed from the website a few years ago. There is no parent_id anymore.

    Now, when you sold a multi-quantity item, the item stay open and the available quantity is decremented.

    In your example :
    - item with 10 pcs available
    - one pc for the item 123456 is sold
    - the item 123456 is still open but with 9 pcs available
