    Hi Support.
    No changes at our end
    Issue is just for one client:
    No items listed or items listed without images.

    This is a test. Ok received by your server but item is not listed:

    But without images.

    It's possible to receive in private the ip you use to retrieve images from sites ? I think the problem is on a firewall block at the Client image server but I can't investigate without ip address

    Hi Servitel,

    To be visible on the search engine, items have to have images. When I look at the logs, it seems that the images doesn't exist or that they are not accessible:
    User ID: 1184961 Server error: `GET Link (https) ` resulted in a `502 Bad Gateway` response

    Here are the ips of the server retrieving the images:
    IPv4: 86.39.72.0/24
    IPv6: 2a00:6ec0:103:1::0/64

    We're also using a custom user agent: "delcampe/1.0"
