Sold notification

    Sold notifications are either not being sent, or are not being received to my website. I have discovered that this has been occurring for at least 2 weeks.

    Please check API connections.

    Hi richnoddystamps,

    Currently, I don't see any errors for sending notifications to the web address you provided.
    Yesterday, you should have received several "SoldItem" type notifications.
    Did you receive them?

    If not, what is the date of the last notification you received?

    This problem continues. This morning item number 1733380687 sold on Delcampe but it has remained live on my website until I removed it manually. As I sell 100’s of stamps this is incredibly time consuming and will lead to mistakes and more importantly to double sales when that item is purchased on my website. This makes my service seem to be incompetent which is very unfair as the problem lies with Delcampe. The earliest date I can see this error was 8th May.

    We're not seeing anything wrong on our end. We added some logs in the notification service to monitor what is happening

    We'll came back to you as soon as we find out where is the problem
