API notifications have failed again

My API connection to my richnoddystamps website has failed again. Notifications are being logged on my site but the actions mentioned in the log are not taking place, ie a sale on Delcampe is not being reported to Richnoddystamps etc. This is leading to embarrassing double sales. Here is the latest three log entries.

- Did your system record an attempted data transfer ?

- Which side aborted the connection ?

I am trying to keep on top of items that have sold on my website that have not been reported to Delcampe. I have today altered over 200 items, taking several hours.

A number of items on Delcampe will not permit me to reduce the quantity available, and I get this message...

Since the sale received at least one bid, only certain sales options apply.......

Will you please reduce the sale quantities of each of these items by one

Indeed, it is not possible to change the quantity of an item that has already been sold.

We are aware that this is not a user-friendly behavior. This point is already in our improvement plans.

The only way to handle the case for the moment is to close the item and create a new one with the remaining quantity.

I cannot restart as I needs to connect with the API so can the API problem be the priority please..

I'm not the one who sets the priorities, I've passed on the information but I can't do anything more at the moment.

It is now one week since this problem was reported, and two weeks since the event happened. May I please have acknowledgement that someone is at least looking at this problem? I have 17,000 items live that need to be managed. My only other option is to stop ALL of my listings as I don't not have the time to manage so many. Please can the API team respond URGENTLY.

Hello? Is there anybody there? Please note from previous messages THIS IS URGENT. If I do not hear from you by lunchtime on Monday I will have no option but to close 17,000 sales.

Hello, is there nobody home? This is still urgent. I have had no response from this help forum whatsoever so I will now close all sales. Maybe I will relist them but I have no further response then it will have to be a permanent goodbye.

Ok I have now closed all my sales. There seems to be nobody that can help. If you want my business back then fix the problem… until then I will move forward elsewhere.

Thank you but I have checked my emails, including junk, and can see no message. Further, I have a single missed call on Tuesday with no caller ID so I don't know whether that is you. I am unable to talk during the day as I work, but am happy communicatiing via email. Please check that the email being used in the @icloud.com address.

I have one other small question please. A customer wants to return some items and has asked if the address on my feedback profile is correct. It is not correct but I changed my address on my account over a year ago. I have moved to a new address so the profile address needs to be changed. I can see no way to do that.

I now have another problem! I uploaded a quantity of Egypt stamps last night through API. The listings appear but the images do not. Please advise. I cancelled them all and reloaded a few and the same problem happened. Please advise.

We had experienced a difficulty yesterday with sales imported from the API.

Nevertheless, a correction has been made by our IT department.
Impacted sellers will have to relist these sales via the Lister or the API.
