API problem when uploading articles

    I uploaded 131 items via the API interface (with Marketplace Manager) on 3.11. at around 0.54 am.

    It was very slow, not at the usual speed.

    I then received 5 emails from Delcampe for each item.

    When I checked the Delcampe website, I found that the 131 items had all been uploaded 5 times!

    I then deleted all these items directly on the Delcampe site, as each item is only available once, not 5 times!

    On Wednesday, 3 November 2021 22:54 I uploaded another 4 items in the same way.

    Again the same problem, all 4 items were uploaded 5 times each!
    What is the problem with DELCAMPE?

    Hello @thomas,

    here are some more details. We export items using the `/bulk` endpoint, and all requests result in an internal server error like pictured in the screenshot attached.

    There are no details as to what might be wrong. We also didn't change anything on our side of things in recent times.

    To explain further: -Because- the server is replying with a response code 500 our software will retry up to 5 times. Hence the items ending up being listed multiple times; that part is not on your side.

    But why do the servers reply `500 Internal Server Error` when the listing was actually accepted?

    We have identified the cause of the problem. It has been corrected, you should no longer encounter the problem.

    It only affected items for sale from the /item/bulk call since November 2nd 09:49 UTC.

    If you want us to identify and close your duplicate sales, please let us know.

    Same error - since two days.

    Internal Server Error 500

    But checking the failed items, I have to notice, they are all online - several times!

    Please review the bug and fix it (again).

    We have identified the cause of the problem. It is not the same as the previous one but the consequences are similar.

    The problem has been corrected. You may have encountered it between November 26 at 14:30 UTC and November 30 at 10:45 UTC.

    Hi,
    I upload continuously. Beginning of November, some articles were 6x in. Delcampe cleaned, thanks.
    Now I have got a message, that some articles are more times in, one already 784x.
    Delcampe (Lily) informed my.
    Marktplatz - API checked and informed me, that I have loaded them only once.
    So please, clear my double articles (some without photos) and inform me, when it is done.
