    We are placing items in our CRM and pushing them simultaneously to the Delcampe API (as we have done for years now).

    However, this morning: some succeed other don't!

    They fail with this error:

    11:30:14 | <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta charset="UTF-8" />
    <title>An Error Occurred: Method Not Allowed</title>
    </head>
    <body>
    <h1>Oops! An Error Occurred</h1>
    <h2>The server returned a "405 Method Not Allowed".</h2>

    <div>
    Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred.
    We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
    </div>
    </body>

    What is wrong?

    Hello topicalcovers,

    In order to be able to help you and investigate your problem in the best possible way, can you send me an example of a failed call?

    Thanks and sorry for this inconvenience.

    I tried on my side and managed to reproduce the problem using http protocol instead of https.
    I just uploaded a bunch of items with https:// (instead of Link (http) and they all seem to consistently work fine now!

    But it is still strange that with http:// some were failing and other weren't which is inconsistent behaviour??
    I would expect ALL http:// calls to fail and not just some. This started happening from around the 15th of January.

    Oh well, glad I could fix it like this I will change the code to https://.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    the behavior was inconsistent because we had a migration ongoing on the load balancing system, with the load being progressively moved from the old one to the new one. On the new one HTTP is no longer available.

    The migration is complete as from the 20th of January, the behavior should now be consistent.

    Best Regards,
