Missing API Functions

    it's time to remember this theme again. The customers are very upset that the shipping and payment information is not set !!

    since the API is now running again after the server change, now hopefully enough time is available to add the much needed additional functions.

    It is not possible and not state of the art to do these things manually. This is too much time-consuming and too cumbersome.


    1. setFeedback for Payment received and Shipment done


    These are the two most important supplements that are missing. The customers would like to have a quick feedback when the payment was received and also when the shipping is done.

    The shipping information must be able to store a link to the shipment tracking-system. If the link to the shipment tracking-system makes this point too complex, then only the shipping information can be realized in the first step.

    The transaction, which is the shipping is done and the payment is received, must be automated!


    2. Notification for invoice request

    If the customer wants to receive a current invoice, a "Notification" must also be triggered, in addition to the eMail.

    3. Invoice creation

    The exact possibilities still need to be clarified. However, it should always be possible for the seller to transfer the item numbers of the items that are transferred to the invoice as a list (array). This is the easiest way to combine purchases of different days or periods.

    The option must be repeated until the customer has marked an invoice as paid. As a result, newly added items can always be supplemented to an actuell combined invoice.

    Delcampe is the only notable market place where these functions are missing in the API. Please give a lot of feedback, so that these urgently needed functions are finally added.

    Yes,....
    I get this or a similar answer now for 4 years to this problem. We are now writing the year 2018 and Delcampe is the only major marketplace where these things are still to be done manually. This is not possible due to time constraints, so it is not done and it annoys the customers !!! That can not be the solution. We do not want to wait another 4 years !!!

    It's time to remember to this topic.

    Why is not time for that. All modern marketplaces provide these functions.

    For configurable newsletters, that nobody really needs, there was also time!

    The customers complain because the status information is wrong. If there is no API function, then the buyer should be able to change that at least himself!
