    Ofcourse I witnessed the same problems, that's why I had a look on this forum...

    I want to stress out that problems such as these are INTOLERABLE ... We were used of delays of a day (or more), but not processing at all is even worse...

    I don't understand what a problem on the image server has anything to do with this. Remember we don't send the images, we send just text (xml) messages with the description of the card, the price, and a link to our own (!) server where the image resides. When the API says it received my text and will process the auction later, it means you had the chance to store that information. It means you can process our xml at any time, e.g. when your image server is up again...

    Hello,

    There is always some hours before my articles are published but it is not realy important for me. Otherwise I have a real problem with special characters (é, è, à, '€, ", ...) What kind of characters accepted by the API (utf-8, iso ...) ?

    Hello,

    There is always some hours before my articles are published but it is not realy important for me. Otherwise I have a real problem with special characters (é, è, à, '€, ", ...) What kind of characters accepted by the API (utf-8, iso ...) ?

    so it means i have to rerun everything from saturday and yesterday?

    also, i have another question: i notice a lot of my auctions placed online via the API miss the image! however i did not get an error message...

    how could i, via the api, do a query to select all my auctions that miss the image, so i can add them automatically, without manually browsing my 7000 auctions?

    I'm not sure the amounts you mention are correct, but I confirm all auctions were processed yesterday morning.

    Now about the other questions ... ;)?

    Yes it catches the error and will mail me the auction number.

    I didn't think of having to activate it :(. Sorry..

    Now just need to find a way to fix the old ones...
