    My customer wanted to add for reg. letter and he paid extra €11.00 for that. Delcampe took a massive part of that as commission instead of forwarding the whole sum to my account. I consider that stealing. There is no way to complain direct to the board about this. That is why I have to bring it up here at the forum.

    For your information, Delcampe applies platform fees to items. These fees are paid by the buyer and are automatically collected by Delcampe at the time of payment, as we are entitled to them.
    Sellers receive the full amount for the items sold, along with any applicable delivery charges. We do not deduct any additional fees from the seller’s earnings.
