    To Ukrainean address if not registered there's 30% risk to be undelivered.

    I insist on this method as you propose it anyway.
    Besides I had no problems with regular mailing before. Yes, ukrainian postal service works fine.
    At least I don't want to pay so much leaving you neg feedback for charging extra money.

    Sorry,to Ukraine is not safe to send it unregistered.
    You will give me a negative feedback and you'll ask for full refund if I send it to you unregistered and
    the Ukrainean postal service will not deliver it.

    Whilst somersethedge is quite correct in that your terms are misleading, the buyer had the option of cancelling if they preferred.

    This is a new buyer who seems to give negative feedback for trivial reasons - even a slow postal service, which is hardly the fault of the seller! You even refunded the price I believe

    No doubt you have blacklisted the buyer already

    I might even be inclined to start a dispute for unfair negative feedback especially as you have refunded. You may get nowhere but it may be worth a try.

    I might even report the buyer to Delcampe with a request that they review the status of the buyer in view of their habit of providing unreasonable negative feedback

    After 10 years of activity on Delcampe I just decided to stop sending shipment to some countries.
    Are there any possibility to check somehow the countries were I do not want to send any shipment?

    Buyer contacted me after the end of 7 days which is marked as payment must be done.
    Also I have checked the buyer's activity and I found it very risky to deal with him as he want to be done.
    He left 3 feedbacks one 75% one positive and one negative, and he got 3 positive feedbacks.
    With 25 years of experience selling online I decided that someone who is new on an auction site
    not normal to start leaving negative feedback after his forst purchases, just because his postal service working bad.
    I know how the Ukrainean Postal Service Working...and I have very bad experience.
    That was the most important reason why I decided to stop sending unregistered to him any shipment.
    Also I just got case problem with an undelivered shipment to Ukraine.
    I want to be honest to send unregistered to them, but finally I'll pay full refund to them because I'm so stupid being honest.
    Well, that's why I cannot agree with you about it.
    I have at least 20 years experience with Ukraine, and now I stopped completely to send any shipment there, even registered one.

    If a shipment will not be delivered and it was paid with paypal, full refund will be done to buyer from your paypal account.

    You are perfectly right.I just marked that I'll never send any shipment to Ukraine in the future.

    Delcampe left me with negative feedback, so strange. I do not disturb the admins anymore.
    That's what I deserve after 11 years of activity: a negative from a newbie.
