    Delivery slips used to sort by "Personal reference", which is how my 100,000 items are physically sorted.

    Now they sort seemingly at random (okay, by Delcampe internal number, which comes to more or less the same thing for sellers). Why?

    I can live this when a seller has only bought a few items, but not when it is dozens, and someone has bought 129.

    Hours of unpaid tedious spreadsheet work await.

    We were asked to pay more in fees for a better service from Delcampe, but things get worse and worse. With Easy Uploader broken since December 2016, all my new listings are going on eBay. Delcampe used to be such a great site - is it now in terminal decline?

    Please help!
