Another Glitch

    I keep an eye on the viewing figures for certain items in my store and have noticed on some of them the counter has re-set itself to zero. An example is this item:

    Lien (https)

    This had quite a high visitor count and now is down to just one - me looking this morning!

    This has not happened with everything just a smattering of items as far as I can see.

    Not earth shatteringly important but it does give me some idea about the popularity of an item and the likelihood of sales.

    Yes, I had a couple of items last week with view 0, but they had bids on them, so obviously someone must have looked at them!

    I've logged a ticket so we can keep an eye on this. It's not on top of the pile at the moment though :pc_user:

    Its still happening. I keep an eye on viewing figures for a selection of items and a lot of my higher viewed banknote listings have reset themselves to zero. Though, as they seem to be popular, they do have viewing figures again albeit very low ones at present.

    Fixing this is not too important compared to getting the sites speed and stability fixed. Its just an irritation I can put up with :).
