    :help: Paypal services are not available in my country. I am looking for someone honest who could receive my delcampe paypal payments on my behalf and send me through skrill on regular basis. I am willing to pay some fee for this service.

    Hello Mr.Moosa,
    I'm member of Delcampe team almost for 6 years, selling Latin America stamps worldwide. I was in the same situation like you,
    because my country was not in a PayPal system till last year.
    Endless, I got PayPal and it functions perfectly. But I was lucky before ,
    that I had a great man in Swiss, who collected money from my buyers on his PayPal account and the same transferred from his Skrill to mine.
    Well, if you don't have anybody better, maybe I can do the same, what my friend from Swiss did for me.
    If you are interested, we can discuss about more details about PayPal fee, Skrill fee etc. From my experience , maybe 75 % of buyers use PayPal and the rest Skrill.
