    Have you set your account to settle by PAYPAL?

    If not go to Buy tab and look for My Payments / Setup on left side.

    Why not simply click on the bottom link of the invoice you have got - it can be easily done.

    Yes, the seller probably had to complete the invoice process first.

    Unlike other sites such as eBay, the postage & packing element is not automatically added to the total.

    Sellers can opt not to allow buyers to pay until they (the seller) has raised an invoice through the Delcampe sales system. (most do as it prevents buyers paying and not adding postage.)

    I suspect this is what has happened here - what you should do is, when you have bought from a seller, use the button on the buy system to request an invoice from them so then they know you are not wishing to buy any more at that time.
