    No - you need to have a policy regarding this in your terms and conditions.

    Personally I state payment should be forthcoming in 14 days from the sale but allow one month before taking action - usually after several reminders and at least one direct message.

    I do have several customers who by arrangement pay me once an invoice reaches a certain total (which can take several months of buying by them) or who pay every three months in the case of one.
