    That entirely depends on how strongly you feel about it.

    You could contact your seller again and let them know what the postage cost would be (I know it is A LOT cheaper to post from the US to the UK) and ask them if they'd pay for the return postage as well.

    If you feel very strongly about it: 0% feedback "item not as decribed".
    If you're not too bothered you can leave neutral feedback with a similar comment, as this would not affect your seller's feedback score, but would make others aware of the fact that you were sent a SNAD.

    A 25, 50 or 75% score would all effect the seller's fb percentage

    Alternatively, you can simply not leave feedback for the item at all, but I wouldn't give a positive.
