    I, also, have come across this indirectly when a friend (who may add his comments as well if he has time) who sells on Delcampe fell foul of this. An Italian purchased items off him and went ballistic when they did not arrive quickly and left negative feedback. This is despite being told about the lengthy national holidays here due to Easter, Royal Wedding and May Day all bundled together with the weekends!

    Not only can you not block such people you cannot leave negative feedback either. This is an open charter to anyone wishing to attempt to blackmail or coerce a seller if the unscrupulous buyers wish to take advantage of this!
