    Hi there!
A client asked me to change the mailing charges from regular airmail to signed for mail
I tried to edit the payment request again and change there the shipping rates but the site doesn't allow me

ANYONE knows another way to do that?

    Thanks
    Pedro

As far as I know, you can't amend the original invoiced mailing charges, but what you can do is issue a 'secondary invoice' with new mailing charges.

You will have to click the 'More' box at the top right of the sales notification, which gives you a dropdown, then select the 1st option 'Edit the payment request' and from that, under 'Shipping method' you will see the script '+ Add another delivery method', which will give you the ability to reissue a second invoice with the, in your case signed for, costs included.

A long winded and time consuming approach to a simple function.

I would also, as a precaution, contact the buyer and tell them that you have done that, so that you can ensure they pay on the basis of that invoice rather than the original one you sent.
