'Open a dispute' page not working ?

    Has anyone had any problems with the 'Open a Dispute' page ? has anyone ever used it..........I hope not too many. Everything seems to run smoothly does it not ?
    I cannot get the page to work and not sure what the alternative might be.

    Hello...the dispute works fine.Go to help centre and locate open a dispute.You can easily follow the directions there.Unfortunately if you are dealing with many multiple items you will need to enter all the item numbers individually,one at a time.I wish there was an easier way to list all disputes more quickly.

    Thanks. It turns out I was entering the # which was not wanted. thia was causing the problem. At the other end the # is back again which I will never understand.
    Anyway, it;s done now. Hopefully after all the hassle I have had something good will come of it !!
