    2 days ago I did Multiple Change 'Relaunch as New' for 1000+ items

    There was Delcampe technical problem so it did not happen until today.

    Today I got charged the fee BUT I just checked & the items have not been relaunched 'NEW'

    They cannot be found in 'New' listings

    The start dates have been changed to today's date OK, but they are not on Delcampe as NEW listings, they will not be found by people looking for New listings.

    I have been charged for something that did not work!
