HELP : Item listed twice & now a bid on it!

    I was shocked to see a bid on #471503783.

    This sale should not exist!

    It was not there when I looked before.

    I sold this item already. I do not have another one!!!

    Please cancel this sale

    I remember when I was originally listing this item a few weeks ago it did not appear on the site. There was a glitch, So I eventually ended up doing another listing, which sold.
    Now its there!

    I have already told the current bidder. But I am desperate to have this sale cancelled completely before anyone else bids on it!

    The current & only bidder, has fortunately, been understanding about the situation..

    But Please. I do not want anyone else to bid on it!

    Please cancel the sale and end the listing.

    If the listing still exists, you should be able to cancel yourself under My Delcampe/Account/Cancel a sale. Just give the reason and mention agreed with buyer....have a great day

    I can't cancel the listing, because the auction had not finished!

    Your system will not let me.

    I was only able, yesterday, to close it but that just made it end sooner.

    It finishes tonight

    I am very worried that someone else will bid on it before it ends!!

    Hello,

    We've investigated the issue and cannot detect any anomalies. It seems the item was already present before and is thus not related to the current issues.

    In this case you'll have to wait till the end of the sale to cancel it, by leaving a "comment only" type rating.
